How do I use Affirm on my order?

When shopping with TENAQUIP online, you will see the Affirm payment option on the product details page or at checkout. From there, you will be able to select the payment term option that works for you and your budget - from 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks to monthly installments. Once your payment plan is locked in, you can manage your payments using the Affirm app or online. Alternatively, you can set up AutoPay so you don't miss a payment. Affirm is available to use on orders shipping within Canada between $50 and $10,000 (taxes and freight included).

How do I know if I qualify for Affirm?

Before making your purchase, Affirm will confirm your pre-qualified spending limit so you know exactly how much you're eligible to spend. To find this payment option, you can either navigate to the product details page for an individual item and click Learn More next to the Affirm logo, or you can select it during the Review & Pay portion of the checkout process under Payment Method.

What payment methods are accepted with Affirm?

Currently, Affirm accepts pre-authorized debits from a Canadian bank account or debit card. Credit cards can be used for Pay in 4 purchases as well. The available payment methods may vary depending on your selected payment plan. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

How do returns work if I paid using Affirm?

To qualify for financing, minimum purchase value of cart must be $50 before taxes and fees. Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”). Your rate will be up to 0–31.99% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). APR offered is based on creditworthiness and subject to an eligibility check. Not all customers will be eligible for 0% APR. Payment options depend on your purchase amount and may not be available in all provinces/territories. Payment option terms will be shown at checkout. A down payment (or a payment due today) may be required. Affirm accepts debit cards and PAD as forms of repayment. Select payment options may be eligible for repayment in the form of credit cards. Please review the terms and conditions of your credit card when using it as a form of repayment. Sample payment options may be: a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.
