Concrete Repair

Featuring PC 9410™. A unique 2-component cement (aggregate and activator) that sets rapidly and has a very high early strength. It bonds to new and old concrete, as well as most construction materials including wood, glass, and steel.

  • Can be mixed and applied from -15°F to 115°F (-26°C to 46°C).
  • Fast setting with working times from 5 to 20 minutes depending on air temperature – reduces repair time, labor costs and downtime.
  • Does not shrink or crack.
  • Freeze and thaw resistant.
  • Bonds to concrete, wood, glass, steel and other construction materials.
  • Chemically resistant to most common liquids and chemicals, excluding acids.
  • High impact resistance and high compression strength.
  • Can be applied over existing structural reinforcements (rebar, screen mesh, etc.) even if rusted.
  • Easy to mix and apply – mixes like concrete.

Grout Repair

Featuring PC 9620™, which has the same properties as Magna-Crete, but also contains finer aggregate (less than ¼”), so that the mixed material can be poured thinner for resurfacing applications and feather edging.

  • Two-component, grey in color.
  • Fast setting with a working time of 5 to 20 minutes, depending on air temperature.
  • Bonds to old and new concrete as well as most construction materials, including wood and steel.
  • Compressive strength to 3,000 psi in two house; 13,000 psi in 28-day cure.
  • Can be applied in any temperature as low as -15°F (-26°C), as it does not use a water additive.
  • Freeze and thaw cycle resistant.

  • Compression strength and chemical resistance superior to cementitious grouts.
  • Excellent high bond strength and withstands high torque loading.
  • Typical dry service temperatures of -20 °F to 225°F (-29°C to 107°C).
